Hybrid Advisors Inc. ("Hybrid") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Account information you provide — name, email, and password (stored only as a secure hash). Usage data such as lessons watched and progress. Payment information is processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card number. Community content you post is stored to deliver the feature.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, deliver your courses and community access, process membership contributions, communicate with you about your account, and keep the platform secure.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share gated content or your private messages with other users beyond the intended recipients.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, payment processing and email delivery), and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

AI Tutor (Agent H)

Hybrid's AI tutor, Agent H, uses AI technology from Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to generate responses. When you ask Agent H a question, the text you type is sent to Anthropic for processing, along with relevant excerpts from Hybrid's own course and training material, solely to generate an answer to your question. Anthropic does not use data submitted through Hybrid's API integration to train its models, and this data is handled under Anthropic's own data-protection commitments to API customers. We only send what you type into the tutor (and the Hybrid lesson context needed to answer it) — never your account, payment, or other personal information. Before your first use of Agent H, we ask you to acknowledge that a third-party AI provider is used to generate responses.

Your choices

You can access and update your account information, cancel your membership, or request deletion of your account by contacting us. You may opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

Data security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
